What each plan lets you run
The feature list is the same everywhere. These are the volume limits, and they're the honest reason the plans cost different amounts — generation and monitoring cost real money to run.

Straight answers
- What counts as a chat?
- Every message you send the assistant — including the ones it answers from your documents — counts once against your plan's monthly chat allowance. The allowance resets each month; it isn't a hard wall you hit on day one.
- What counts as a document?
- Each file you add to your knowledge base and keep indexed: a menu, a price list, a past proposal, a service description. Documents you delete free the slot back up. Content the assistant writes for you doesn't count against it.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Billing runs through Stripe inside the app — sign in, open Billing, and upgrade, downgrade or update your card from there. There's no sales call in the middle of it.
- Is there a trial?
- Subscriptions start with a trial period (14 days by default) before the first charge, and your Billing page shows the exact date the trial ends. Sign in to start — the plan picker and the current terms live there.
